Eden McCallum is a management consulting company that provides an innovative model offering dedicated teams of independent consultants tailored to each client’s needs.

They came to us with the task of a complete site redesign and rebuild. Although they already had a logo, they had almost no visual brand guidelines, and so the project started with a subtle update to the identity, a refining of brand colours and typography. This led to the creation of a structured and comprehensive set of brand guidelines, including layout grids, an updated and expanded colour palette, and a library of new imagery to use across the new site and all of their collateral: from Annual Reports to Social media and PowerPoint.

I started with the brand look, creating visual mood boards and initial ‘above the fold’ ideas of how this could work online. From there, I went back to content and UX, rethinking their sitemap to appeal to their different audiences, looking at ideal user journeys through the site, and simplifying their content so it was much clearer and more visual. Once that had been established, I then created all the key pages in Figma as both desktop and mobile layouts and worked closely with the developers to ensure this translated perfectly to the final site.
