Values into action – Employee engagement campaign

Nexans are a large, international cabling company, making and supplying hi-tech cable technology to companies around the world.

As part of an internal brand refresh, they asked us to help them update their outdated internal values posters, which would be rolled out to all their offices globally. The list of requirements from the client created a real challenge: they needed to be fresh, vibrant and dynamic, show “electricity”, strongly focus on people and still be very much on-brand (their brand guidelines are very corporate and not so flexible).

My final creative campaign was based on dynamic silhouettes that represent each value. Within these, I created abstract illustrations that add colour and vibrancy. Each poster is colour-coded within the brand palette and combined with the branded footer to anchor them to key elements of their existing guidelines.

I then created multiple versions and localisations of each poster and created a style and image ‘kit’ that enabled the client to use them on their own internal presentations and documents, as well as continue the theme over additional content.
